Dani Tringale loves to work with human beings who have the burning desire to find real freedom: the freedom of being and expressing their authentic-self and to fulfil their full potential. She believes we are all “created equal” - with the same amount of immense positive potential, creativity, ability to connect, and particular qualities such as curiosity, compassion, clarity, confidence, and courage.
Because of early emotional traumas (mostly losses of significant figures in early years), Dani could not develop a secure attachment to her carers; that fundamental feeling of safety we all need to thrive in life was never formed, and the knowledge of her capabilities and strengths was lost.
Instead, she learnt to believe in the narrow narrative imposed by the effects of trauma: those feelings of ‘not being good enough’ which were stored in her body, feelings playing a devastating major role in setting her back in all areas of her life by living a life that didn’t reflect her authentic self and creative potential.
The grief for those losses brought Dani to constantly fight against some of the most evident consequences of traumas. Expressing her full potential by leaving aside self-defeating behaviours and helping and motivating others to do the same became her life mission. In 2007 she became a published author; at the age of 51 she graduated with a First Class Honours in Law and worked as a lawyer for around 2 years; in the meantime her writer career continued with the publication of human rights articles and of the book “How to Leave a Narcissist.”
Despite those achievements, Dani still felt she was only scratching the surface, and the need to look and address her emotional core wounds, which were still showing up in an unhealthy, painful relationship, became paramount.
The dept of the emotional pain she felt made her decide to find help and heal. Dani holds a Level 2 Certificate in Self-Harm and Suicide Awareness and Prevention; she is an ICF & CPD/CE Accredited Somatic Trauma Coach, a CDP Accredited Narcissist Trauma Abuse Recovery Specialist, and a Positive Psychology Practitioner.
Dani works with victims of trauma, narcissistic abuse, addictions and with anyone else who has the burning desire to shine, including tennis players (to help them smash it, because tennis reminds her of her dad - who died when she was playing as a teenager), and of her love for him, for the sport and for life.
